After months of planning and waiting, we’re excited to announce that we’ve broken ground on our latest block project located at 135 Cushing Street. In the months ahead, this property will be transformed to add a new parking lot with Truegrid permeable pavers, a public restroom facility, and ADA access to our business office. We will also be overhauling the main building to convert it into two residential rental flats. Stay tuned for more updates here and on our Facebook and Instagram accounts as we move forward!
