The Marie Bed & Breakfast
How would it feel to step back in time to 1892 and walk down Old Cushing Street, just a simple dirt road, to the Macintyre House when it was freshly built? It would be one of the first houses on the block. The sturdy construction and pure craftsmanship would shine in every detail. It was designed to impress. The Marie Bed and Breakfast will invite you into that historic world for a vivid peek into early Olympia life.

West Central Park Project
The West Central Park Project was the first property on the block to be transformed into the beautiful community space we all know and love today! Formed in 2013 as a 501c3 nonprofit, it was started with the goal of creating a green, inviting, multi-use neighborhood common space that would promote resilience and community connection!
Business & Development
The original vision was to create a walkable, vibrant retail center for the surrounding community. And we are well on our way to seeing that vision realized! Founder and CEO Alicia Elliott, along with her team, are currently in the process of restoring seven properties on the block, with four completed and several more to come in the years ahead!
