We are SO excited to announce the grand opening of The Park Side Cafe! The doors officially open on Monday, July 15th at 7am. But if you can’t wait that long, you can get a small taste of what’s to come if you stop by on Saturday July 6th between 12pm and 9pm during the West Central Park events happening that day!

Join the West Central Park and the new Park Side Cafe in celebrating WCP’s 2019 Concert kick off and fundraiser on July 6th! There will be activities for the whole family from 3-7 including bocce, croquet, badminton, bubble blowing and more, and at 7 pm there will be live music from local groups the Hinges and Luna Melt! In addition, the next door Park Side Cafe will have a soft opening that day from 12pm to 9pm, and a grand opening on Monday, July 15th at 7 am. West Central Park is located at the corner of Harrison and Division Streets in Olympia’s Westside and the Park Side Cafe next door at 1909 Harrison.
The West Central Park has been committed to its mission and vision of serving the community in which it sits for the past five years. The Park has offered free films, music, art shows, skill shares, gardening and bee keeping workshops and simply and foremost a place to gather with friends any day of the week. Centrally located and easy to get to, the Park makes for an ideal meeting and gathering spot for all. The West Central Park relies on the generosity of the surrounding businesses and residents to carry out its mission and has logged over 5,000 hours of volunteer labor and over $125,000 in donations over the past five years. Attending the July 6th fundraiser will be a great way to find out more about the Park and help continue its mission in West Olympia. The WCP is proud be partnered with the Park Side Cafe which was named after its proximity to the Park.
The Park Side Cafe has eagerly awaited its opening and now the day is here! Come share an opportunity to experience this one of a kind custom built restaurant for yourself on July 6th from 12 pm to 9pm. The Park Side was designed after the beautiful Victorian commercial architecture that is evident all over Olympia. The Cafe will serve organic, locally sourced, plant-based fare made with the utmost care. Get a sample of what we have to offer on July 6th and mark July 15th on your calendars for the grand opening from 7am to 3pm.
