VENDORS We still have some spaces open for the 2025 season. If you are a new vendor hoping to get a space in this year’s market, please contact us to see what dates we still have available.
VOLUNTEERS: We’re looking to fill spots for market concierges to help with running operations once a month on Saturdays between May and September as well as mascots. Concierge duties include setup at 8:45am, running the market booth between 10am and 3pm, and cleanup once the market closes. While this is a volunteer position, we hope to be able to offer concierges a small stipend for their time. We are also happy to sign off on volunteer hours forms if needed for school or other projects. If you would like to join our team, please email us.
MUSICIANS: We still have multiple dates open for market performers this season. Please email us if you are interested in booking a spot. Please note however, that due to construction this year, our stage will be in a different location and have a reduced size capacity. Bands cannot be more than three people.

Saturday Market at West Central Park – Vendor and Tabling Policy
The Saturday Market at West Central Park is hosted by our non-profit organization in alignment with the West Central Park Projects public use policies and our commitment to an inclusive, community-focused atmosphere. In accordance with the West Central Park Public Use Policy, political activities are not permitted during the market or on market grounds.
This includes:
- Tabling
- Signature Gathering
- Distribution of Political Materials
Additionally, due to space limitations and the nature of our market:
- Only approved vendors are permitted to set up booths during market hours.
- Tabling for non-profit causes, community groups, or other non-commercial entities is not allowed, regardless of affiliation.
- The market is focused solely on vendors selling goods directly to the public.
These policies help ensure the Saturday Market remains a vibrant, focused, and welcoming experience for shoppers and vendors alike. Thank you for respecting these guidelines.
