Located at 135 Cushing Street, the Orchard House Flats is our latest project at the WCPNC. Originally built in 1900, the historical Olympia home is being transformed into two residential rental apartments. In addition to the main house project, a new parking lot, a public restroom, and upgrades to our business office are also being completed on the property! The building and renovations will be completed in multiple phases with the bathroom likely to open by summer and the remaining projects continuing throughout 2025.
